Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
3. Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
5. Manage relationships with clients

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in large-scale projects.
3. Previous experience managing projects in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
5. Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.
7. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
8. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
10. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
11. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
12. Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
