Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of remote work and in-office responsibilities in Muscat. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to final placement, while also building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will work closely with our UK headquarters to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Omani market.

- Collaborate with the UK headquarters to align strategies and meet recruitment goals.

- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.

- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job vacancies.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in the Oman or GCC market.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a bonus.
