Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a full cycle Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring, maintaining relationships with the candidates, and ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
2. Experience in international recruitment or a similar field
3. Knowledge of Gulf region job market and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
